Going out of target range when you're trying to be healthy and have fun can feel exquisitely frustrating. There are so many variables to exercising with T1D, and most of us don't have the time or tools to really dig into the patterns.
More food or less insulin? Adjust the basal or mealtime dose? Eat before, during or after? Why are my glucoses going UP, but then dropping later? What number should I start at? Is this all even worth it?
